ABOUT US
Carbo d.o.o. is a family company whose core activity is the manufacturing of rubber. It has evolved from an independent craft workshop founded by Božidar Kanazir in1986. Since its establishment, we have been manufacturing, for the car industry purposes, bellows with clamps marked with the sign of Carbo and two-year quality warranty against oils, grease, weathering and aging. In the further business development, we focused on other industries and in 1998, we started manufacturing of raw rubber mixtures. |
Operations outside the borders of our country led to the establishment of the company in Hungary in 1992. The core activity of Carbo Kft. is the distribution of our rubber products and representation of manufacturers from Serbia and the former Yugoslavia.
Production process
The basis of our development lies in development of new product according to the technical documents or sample. The selection of raw materials (NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, silicone VMQ, FKM-Viton) for the manufacture of products determine the exploitation terms and conditions such as temperature, ozone resistance, resistance to various oils, fuels, acids and water. The used raw materials are strictly tailored to the needs of individual products and meet the standards in terms of quality and specific technology requirements. A special segment of our company is mixing and extruding the raw rubber mixtures and manufacturing of plastic parts (PE, PP) by injection molding.
The need for continuous improvement and the awareness that modern business conditions require constant modernization led to the enhancement of our quality management system in 2013. Considering that ecology and resource preservation are our strategic priorities, we also implemented an environmental management system.
The implementation and development of defined processes enable us to meet customer requirements regarding quality and deadlines, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and enhance parameters related to environmental protection. This approach aims to ensure transparency and traceability throughout our processes.
We aim to expand our business into new markets and manufacture products that fully meet the needs and expectations of customers by improving the business organization, environment protection and safety.
Our vision is to become a leading regional manufacturer of rubber and remain a reliable partner on the basis of a clear development strategy. We want to realize new ideas and projects taking into account the three rules we laid down: QUALITY, PRICE and DEADLINES.
